I've run SDC/SmartOS on two dozen RX300 S7 and a handful of RX200s. I didn't have any issues with Fujistsu over swapping the RAID card for a dumb HBA.
The RX200s had a bad run motherboards two years ago but Fujitsu dealt with it pretty well. The only SDC related issue is you'll need to swap the tty device in your boot params or suffer long GRUB redraw times. Beyond that they're solid machines and iRMC (Enterprise) is pretty nice.
