To observe CPU usage by driver by processor, use intrstat.

Here are some intrstat result obtained with

   intrstat -c 8,11,12 4

n denotes the number of running vms on the node, bw is the bandwidth
measured with

   iperf -c <vm-address> -t 30

The values for the mpt#0 device are not constant across the four seconds
sampling intervals.
