While trying to convert the `gsm0710muxd -h` output to manpage thanks to help2man [1], I found and fixed some IMHO errors (patch 1 and 3). Patch 2 adds a -V (for version) option.
The rationale for the patch order is based on the fact that patch 3 is a cosmetic one, which however I still consider an error or, at least, a divergence from standard output from other programs (e.g. gcc).
