Has there been any movement or new information regarding auto-suspend
in Debian?  I saw Mickey mention fso-apm, and as Arne says, it would
seem as if the frameworkd may already have or is implementing
auto-suspend (based on browsing
/etc/freesmartphone/oevents/rules.yaml).
