Thanks. I had a look at your logs and it seems that the UCS2 in one of
the messges you get is broken. Either that or sending concatenated
short messages with UCS2 charset will result in multibyte characters
being chopped in half with the first byte being sent in the first CSM
and the second byte in the second. If that is the case then I'll need
to reconsider reassembling CSMs in ogsmd itself since we can't decode
the messages by themselves...

That version is quite old, but newer versions are affected by your
problem as well.
