ok, it still works as root. So basically, this means that dbus now does
what it always has pretended to do: Only allow users to use dbus
services that have been configured to do so.

I suggest you (and everyone not using root)
* copy (not move)
  /etc/dbus-1/system.d/frameworkd.conf
  to
  /etc/dbus-1/system.d/my-frameworkd.conf
* remove every line that talks about "<allow own..."
* change user="root" to your user in every case.

In the long term, we can consider changing the policy to not only allow
root to do that stuff, but all members of a system group (e.g. dialout,
or a custom one). Then those users who do not want to use the root
account cold just add themself to that group. Any comments?
