Hi there! Cc:ing the pkg-fso-maint@ mailing list for information, please continue the discussion on the smartphones-userland@ one, I set R-T and M-F-T accordingly, TIA.
I just re-installed Debian on my FR with the latest install.sh version (Git commit 6c7e2719b9dc1f0b77ef4294819f12979599c545 [1]) and I got the following error: ===== om-gta02:~# time ./install.sh all [...] Install a basic Debian system * Downloading cdebootstrap package Connecting to ftp.ch.debian.org (129.132.86.210:80) cdebootstrap.deb 100% [...] 521k 00:00:00 ETA which tar: /usr/local/bin/tar tar: invalid option -- z BusyBox v1.13.2 (2009-02-23 19:23:00 UTC) multi-call binary Usage: tar -[cxtvO] [-X FILE] [-f TARFILE] [-C DIR] [FILE(s)]... Command exited with non-zero status 1 real 1m 35.08s user 0m 2.85s sys 0m 22.56s om-gta02:~# ===== And I am lost: it seems that while the "correct" tar is the one in /usr/local/bin/tar [2], install.sh still uses /bin/tar. Has anyone any clue about this behavior? Thx, bye, Gismo / Luca Footnotes: [1] http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-fso/files.git;a=commit;h=6c7e2719b9dc1f0b77ef4294819f12979599c545 [2] http://lists.linuxtogo.org/pipermail/smartphones-userland/2009-February/001091.html
