Are you using only frameworkd or in the suggested combination with fsousaged. fsousaged was released as part of milestone 5.5 as ousaged of the framework had according to the fso-guys bugs that where not really fixable.
The changes I did to frameworkd are still sitting in separate git-branches and wait for either Luca or Joachim to have a look at them. Interestingly the framework-package combined with fsousaged works nearly flawless for me, whereas the previous version was not usable at all, as the suspend function always failed after making or receiving a call.
