Hi, Velitium is around 60MB compressed as a full ramdisk. You can get down to ~ 29MB compressed if /usr is split off to a compressed loopback device.
If you only need to get to the single user milestone, you could easily trim around 20Mb compressed of the full ramdisk image (I believe). What drivers do you require? What other services do you require? I could try putting together a platform definition for your over the weekend if you like. Does this suit your needs?
