I am attempting for the first time to use a master+slave setup, and cannot get it to work at all, with the same error Shawn Rose was posting. | # /usr/local/bin/smokeping --master-url=http://MASTER/cgi-bin/smokeping.cgi --cache-dir=/usr/local/var/smokeping --shared-secret=/usr/local/var/smokeping/secrets.txt | WARNING: Data from SLAVE was signed with 0911e2518c506c0d31100223804a550b which does not match our expectation | | ERROR: we did not get config from the master. Maybe we are not configured as a slave for any of the targets on the master ? I have literally copied the secrets file and smokeping binary from master to slave, and they both run 2.4.1. Nothing useful in the logs even in debug mode. _______________________________________________ smokeping-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.oetiker.ch/cgi-bin/listinfo/smokeping-users
