The xml file in failed directory can sent out after I move it to out
directory...

[Before move to out directory]
I had a look on the log file
For that 81701.xml particular number, in the log file I saw
898385501 [Thread-10] DEBUG org.smslib - BUFFER: +CMS ERROR: 513
898385501 [Thread-10] DEBUG org.smslib - RECV :+CMS ERROR: 513(cr)
898385501 [Thread-10] INFO org.smslib - ..\smssvr\out\81701.xml
marked.

"\smssvr\out\81701.xml marked." but the 81701.xml file is inside the
failed directory...

:(

Is the log message wrong?

Thank
