Hi Thanasis, I checked and double checked my installation and I have added the comm.jar, javax.comm.properties and win32com.dll in the correct place. I have two versions of Java but I have added the appropriate files to the appropriate directories.
I dont understand how it can work in Netbeans but not externally. Thanks for your help guys, If anybody has an idea, all are welcome!
