Let's us get back to the topic How to setup HTTP interface for SMS
LIB?

As stated in http://smslib.org/doc/smsserver/interfaces/http/

I think I need to setup something like Jetty / Apache TOMCAT web
server in order to call the URL.

After I successfully setup the webserver, what should I do?

I think I need to put some sort of webpage of SMS LIB server into the
webserver such as war file.... etc

Where can I find those war file?
