Hi, Context: I'm using smslib 3.4.0 version. MobiMotorola L6 mobile phone. I'm sending messages in PDU mode.
I'm trying to send a wap message but i a "+CMS ERROR: 304". Researching my problem i found L6's at commands documentation and fond the following: =============================================== CMGS...... "When User Data Header Indication (UDHI) is set, 3G phones (P0633 onwards) now support WAP PUSH SI PDU. Note that GSM/CDMA line does not support this functionality." ........ This command is only supported on CDMA platform and platforms with feature 8194 enabled. Refer to the corresponding +MAID bit for PDU mode implementation. If PDU mode is selected using +CMGF, this command does not support UDHI headers and returns error code 304 (invalid PDU mode parameter). On all other platforms, this command responds with a +CME error indicating that the operation is not supported. =============================================== Readding the debug output i found in the first octect: First Octet: 51 [TP-MTI: (SMS-SUBMIT), TP-RD: (allow duplicates), TP- VPF: (validity format, integer, TP-SRR: (No Status Report), TP-UDHI: (has UDH)] My question is: I must have a 3G phone or do you recommend any GSM phone to send wap push? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SMSLib User Group" group.
