Hi Subhash, SMSLib is a library which is used along with applications to send and receive SMS. The SMSServer that comes with SMSLib is an SMS application that was built using SMSLib classes. It is used only to receive SMS. But you can design and build your own SMS receiver and SMS sender applications using SMSLib. read the documentation carefully on the website and check out the two sample sender and receiver classes.
