Olha, para teres a certeza k o modem k pretendes usar funciona, de principio ele tem d estar na lista de modems compativeis. Se estiver e a julgar por esse erro provavlmente tenhas instalado um PCSuite para algum dispositivo movel. Procure ter a certeza que de facto nenhum destes items tem a ver com o teu ambiente!
