Hi gd and everyone else out in this group,
I am new to this group and also new to smslib. I have a strange
problem that I could not find a solution to anywhere inspite of all
the search

I am using smslib for one of my projects. When I work on my 32 bit xp
system, I just need to put wincom32.dll in the jre/bin

and javax.comm.properties and comm.jar files in jre/lib

and everything works perfectly

However, when I do the same thing on Windows 2008 server (a 64 bit
system), my tomcat console throws an exception

NoSuchPortException

I wonder if this is has something to do with the system being 64 bit.
I am not sure though. Do you have any idea what could be the issue and
how to fix this.

I would really appreciate if someone could please help me out in this

Thanks
shr
