I have huawei 1550 usb dongle. When I use it on Windows, I didn't have any problem sending SMS.
Now, the production is linux (CENTOS). The problem is that *some* message can't be sent - although everything worked just fine with windows (!?). I am using SMSLib v3.4.5. And I am using SMSC number. The other settings are all quite straight. Changing baud rate didnt help. For example, there is one 'welcome' message that can not be sent on production system. Error is 304, but as far as i can tell, pdu is correct. In fact, there is no difference between PDUs of messages that can be sent and those that can not be sent (I am talking about parameters, not message content).
