Hi, About the CNMI:
CMS 515 is device busy. Although there are some lines missing from the top of the log, try to increase the value of AT_WAIT_SIMPIN (see http://smslib.org/doc/smslib/parameters/) and check if it will fix things. About the delivery report: I don't really know what this message is... Can't even parse it with external tools. Do delivery reports work in your country?
