Hi, If you look at your debug log, you'll see 2 CMGL commands (one after selecting "SM" and one after selecting "ME"). Neither of these commands return any messages...
It seems that your device does not report back any messages. Furthermore, the "SM" selection response (i.e. +CPMS: 0,30,0,100,0,100) as well as the other one for "ME" show that the respected memory areas do not have any messages stored.
