thank you for the reply, i tried to use +6285..(my country code) but the problem still exist. so i come up with an idea to trace sending mechanism between sendMessage.java and SMSServer and got the problem. so my fault is when i insert into smsserver_out table, i set null for src_port and dsc_port field in the table (the default value is -1), so when i set those field values to -1.. my message can be received in any blackberry phone :)
i don't understad why, but that solve my problem..
