I am able to send and receive sms from my pc (using modem) to mobile number and vice-versa. Consider i am sending two questions to a customer one by one.
Firstly i send one question as sms to customer today from my pc to his mobile no. The customer does not see the message. And the next day i am sending second question, now customer sees both the message and he replies for both the message, since both the question purpose is different. Now how do i know which reply is for which question? is there any easy way to identify the reply of each request? Please help me out.
