Hi Thanasis,
I figured out the issue. The issue was with the number format which I have
used to send the message.
In our country we can use *"0XX-XXXXXXX"* or *"XX-XXXXXXX" *number formats
*without
the country code (94 or +94)* to send messages to local mobile phones
for convenience (All local ISPs support that). That is why this status
report thing didn't work for me. When i specify the number format with the
country code it worked. Because I have to use the above mentioned number
formats to send messages for my requirement, I had to do a small
modification in *Database.java *class to make it work. Now delivery status
update is working fine for those number formats as well.
Thanks a lot for your time spent helping me to solve this matter.
Cheers!!
