I'm running Ubuntu 32-bit, rxtx-2.1-7 on two systems. Across two modems and sim cards, I keep getting a message like this
=============================================================================== << InboundMessage >> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gateway Id: modem.usb1 Message UUID: 7c0e3bed-2e6d-4616-ba73-5233f72ad2d8 Encoding: 7-bit Date: Wed Dec 01 00:38:26 EST 1999 Dispatched via SMSC: 12063130004 Text: /ZΩ.X3iÖæä$@@Ç@¤ PDU data: 2F6D6573736167696E672F0000120012 Originator: null Memory Index: 0 Multi-part Memory Index: Memory Location: SR Source / Destination Ports: -1 / -1 =============================================================================== The text hardly varies except for the final character. The timestamp does not vary at all. SmsGateway.deleteMessage() returns true, but I keep getting this message. Sending messages works fine. Does anyone have any idea what this is/how to fix it? The code I was running worked fine before, so perhaps this has to do with a kernel upgrade or something... I get the messages with Service.getInstance().readMessages(msgList, MessageClasses.ALL, gateway); -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SMSLib Discussion Group" group.
