Hello, I'm using SMSLib for this configuration: SMSC : Nokia Sms Center 8.1 App Server: IBM WAS 7 SmsLib version: 3.4.6 Java : 6 OS: RHEL6
I was able to send SMS using a quartz cron. I insert raw SMS into an Oracle table, and then every 5 seconds, icheck if there are any new SMS to send. Once SMS is sent it's status is changed and it is moved to another table. SMS are already controlled for target number and body length. After a period of stable service, I restarted Application sever without stopping SMS Service. Then, when service tries to bind adress, i'm receiving a negative response as described in the object. When Icheck SMPP error list, there are no standard error code 450! Actually it was a vendor specific error. In Nokia Sms Center 8.1 documentation, it is indicated that the error code 00000450 refers to "Too many users with this login ID". I contacted support service, they said, if the old server is still working (yes there's an old server already running with same credentials and IP), you have to check your code.
