Thanks for the response.
I am trying to generalize the process of sending SMS in the project i am 
currently working on.
My application send and receive SMS from normal messaging app and using 
midlet app too.

So i tried setting source and destination port, assuming that when there 
are no applications (midlet's) listening on a port to read SMS, it will be 
in inbox, but that doesn't happen.
