Hi, I have the same issue and i am trying to follow those steps to know which application uses my serial port, but when doing step 4, that new windows never says "waiting for connection". It says "no conected".
Any help? I need to know which application is using my port. I have windows 7 pro sp1 and i have almost no processes runing.
