Halo. Langsung saja, saya ada masalah dengan hp ngage saya. Nggak saya apa2in, eh kemaren sore tiba2 ada pesan "database is corrupt" trus ngerestart2 sendiri, dan sekarang nggak bisa dinyalain deh ini hp saya dengan pesan "device cannot start up" , "system error". Ngecharge hp aja juga uda nggak bisa Kira2 bisa dibenerin sendiri gak ya ? (soft reset / hard reset ) pencet tombol apa? sebelum jalan terakhir saya bawa ke nokia centre ? thx in advanced.
