INi mas, aku kirim lagi... sebagai remainder aja.. jenengan bisa ngisi SPt tersebut dari belakang, dimulai dari sheet 1721 A2, yang datanya bersumber dari form yg diberikan oleh pembayar gaji jenengan. trus, ngisi KK, sesuai dg kondisi riil.. cuman.. dalam pajak yg "diakui" hanya 3 anak.. jd anak yg keempat tdk masuk hitungan (meskipun dalam KK tetep tercantum, namun dalam penghitungan PTKP tidak dihitung).. normalnya, kalo jenengan dapat seluruh penghasilan dari kantor dan telah dipotong pajaknya, SPT jenengan akan "sama" dengan form 1721 - A1 dari perusahaan tersebut dan pada SPT Induk Nomor 13 kolom 4, isinya akan 0 (NIHIL).. kalo ada kesulitan, jenengan bisa ke KPP terdekat dg kantor jenengan, temui AR-nya.. dan minta "petunjuk" di sana,,, jadi.. yg penting untuk dilampirkan dalam SPT 1770 S adalah 1. 1721 - A1 (untuk swasta) atau 1721 A2 (untuk PNS) 2. F.C. KK 3. Lampiran lain yg diperlukan (jika ada) selamat mengisi.... Wass. Wr.
