CONTRACT ENGINEER (Code: FSPCER-M) Purpose of the Role Prepare and process tenders/contracts in accordance with PTI's policies, procedures and standards, to ensure efficient execution of tenders and contracts. As directed provide advice on Contract issues to assist contract sponsors (end user) with development of contract strategies, detailed planning of appropriate contract documentation, tender evaluation, administration of contract payments, variations, contract Instructions and resolution of claims and disputes. Education & Experience . Graduated majoring Engineering background (S1) . Minimum 3 years on handling Contract Development. ASST CONTRACT PLANNING (Code: FSPCPE - M) Purpose of the Role To support Senior contract planning in preparation process of tender and contract by checking and verifying submitted document in order to comply with PTI's policies, procedures and standards. Education & Experience . Graduated majoring Engineering background (S1) . Minimum 3 years on handling Contract Planning Development. CONTRACT PLANNING ENGINEER (Code: ESPCPE - M) Purpose of the Role Coordinate the preparation process of area department tender and contract in order to achieve quality short term and long term plan to comply with PTI's policies, procedures and standards. Education & Experience . Graduated majoring Engineering background (S1) . Minimum 5 years on handling Contract Planning Development. IT AUDITOR (Code: EAAITA - M) Purpose of the Role : In support of the overall risk-based internal audit plan, this role performs reviews of computer systems ( application, database, operating system, data, infrastructure, etc.) From audit planning to report writing, which includes the analysis of system for data accuracy, integrity and security and effectiveness and efficiency in relation to the achievement of process and corporate objectives. Requirements . Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a major in Computer Science, Management or Engineering . Professional certification or designation in IT Audit (CISA, CISSP). . Professional certification or designation in auditing (CIA, CA, CPA) from a recognized institute or association preferable. . 3 - 5 years of related IT ( preferably audit experience ) MANAGER FIRE & EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT (Code: DHEFRC - M) Purpose of the Role The purpose of the role is to ensure a world-class Fire and Emergency Services capability at PT Inco appropriate to manage risk. Education & Experience . Minimum S1 in any discipline . Minimum Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing competency based technical training systems. Supv. Town Infrastructure and Facilities Operation & Mtce (CODE: STMIN) Purpose of the Role Conduct town infrastructure and facilities maintenance consist water treatment plant, sewage plant, road, landscape, beach, garbage and rubbish collection, also overall town building facilities or other support services as required within high quality standard of service to meet customers expectation. Education & Experience * Minimum Education : D3 Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architect, Landscape * Minimum Experience : 3 years (S1) and 5 years (D3) working in maintenance field in consultant & construction company, town/estate maintenance.
