Google might ask you to sign in. As I understand it, the address that you are subscribed on should work -- there is a sign in or sign out option in the very top right-hand corner. When you click to sign in, there should be an option underneath the login box which says "I cannot access my account". Click there to get various prompts about passwords and so on.
