Does anyone in the group know of a way, presumably by a .plist edit, of disabling the osx quartz "messages" for want of a better word. i.e. the translucent black square when you turn the volume or brightness up and down. The one I specifically need to kill for a project is the spaces one where the arrow shows you which display you are zipping to.
