I've been backing up via TM to a disk attached to an AeBS painlessly. Now it gives lots of errors, I had a couple of kernel panics. So I detached the disk and plugged it in direct to fix.
first it won't mount but 'checks volume' for hours. So I hit 'skip' and it mounted. Diskwarrior says it runs out of memory on the disk image. Disk Utility just seems to get stuck saying 44 minutes for hours on end. I tried copying the sparsebundle but it seems to get halfway through and then says I disconnected the USB device and the disks disappear from the desktop. Anything we can do with this to retrieve my monhs of back-up? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Sussex Mac User Group" group.
