Afternoon all. My macbook (white, about 2-3 years old) sits on my desk 95% of the time and I only occasionally use it as a laptop. Recently it has felt a bit wobbly as if the case had warped a bit.
On further inspection today it looks like the battery is REALLY swollen. I have obviously removed the battery for now but need to work out if this is a know issue (and do Apple replace these batteries). Google gives me lots of threads about macbook pro batteries but nothing specfic, that I could find, about macbook batteries. Anyone know if there are known issues ?? cheers -- Paul Howard tel (UK): +44 (0)1293 738158 tel (US) : +1 251 243 0058 mobile (UK): +44 (0)7958 231268 web: http://phoward.com twitter: http://twitter.com/phowardcom --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Sussex Mac User Group" group.
