I use Safari for general browsing, now the latest release is out. But for web development, I stick to Firefox because of the wealth of add-ons available. There's no 'migration'. Just use another browser when you need to. Or have them all and switch when you feel like it, as I do.

I had been happily using Camino in preference to Safari until very
recently, but the new Safari 4 is such a great improvement over
earlier versions that I have now switched back.

I know there's been a bit of chatter recently regarding web browsers
so apologies if these subjects have already recently been covered...
Essentially I have been a very faithful Firefox user for a few years
now and hadn't really bothered using any other browsers as I use
multiple computers and the Foxmarks syncing extension is quite handy
for me. However, the other day I used safari to access some football
footage that wouldn't display properly using flip4mac so I had to use
safari. I was shocked at how much faster it seems. I also tried out
camino which again seemed to load pages much much faster than
firefox. I know there have been some security issues with safari
lately but I don't know whether they have been resolved. So what is
the general consensus out there as to which is the better browser for
MAc Safari or Camino? And will it be easy for me to migrate to
either.
