Hi Philippe, My understanding is that this new system wide spellchecker only works in applications where it is enabled (initially Apple apps.), I haven't tried it myself. Not sure if this will help you.

I can't seem to get this to work (I'm aware that it works on a 'per paragraph' minimum) but when I type documents in French or German I still get a sea of red underlining (which reminds me of my schooldays). Does it need to be switched on? I've looked at the Language and Text control panel and set the spell check to Automatic by Language to no avail. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Sussex Mac User Group" group.
