yeah, well I've seen people in places like Micro Anvika spout amazing rubbish, 
even in their mac shop. I had to stop going in there. "No you can't use a Palm 
with a Mac I'm afraid"

you can tell how long since I went in there.

they just don't want to admit they don't know, and can't be bothered to find 
out.

agreed on Word 5. I know a guy who keeps old Macs mainly so he can use Word 5:-)

but it's staff the training that's at fault, not some poor wee scottish laddie 
just out of school...
