Sounds like the sync's down on your line. Call your ISP and tell them your 
router's not syncing, they should be able to run a line test.

Failing that, a factory reset of the router and then reconfiguring it at 
http://192.168.0.1 logging in with admin/password should clear and potential 
problems on the router.
