Hello,

I recently purchased the dubreq istylophone app from 'verycoolsoftware.com' , 
and attempted to run it on my itouch 4th gen, with os4.1 however on play the 
app crashes every time. I tried reinstalling and then contacted the company. 
They responded with an automated 'we will get back to you in 24 hours', and 
after 2 weeks and 3 emails i still had no response. I made some searches on the 
net to find that others had the same problem with this app, and were receiving 
no responses.

My question is what can one do when an app does not work and the company do not 
respond? is apple responsible for the refund ? is there a complaints procedure 
for companies that behave irresponsibly?

perhaps i could contact Rolf Harris about it ?
