Does anyone recommend any particular external drive cases that will hold SATA2 disks? I don't mind if they are USB or Firewire. I'm moving a couple of 250Gb drives out of my Mac Pro (Intel) to make room for some bigger ones and the old drives will become backups in external cases.

An alternative idea I've heard about and I'm considering is to have a 'hot swap' box of some sort and I just store the spare drives 'bare' and plug them into that box when I need them. I guess that such a box would connect to the Mac Pro via USB, Firewire or eSata? That would save having power bricks/cables around for every one of the external drives. I guess I would probably need an eSata card in the Mac Pro for best backup speeds to that, so eSata might be outside my needs (budget).

I'd appreciate views and suggested hardware from anyone who's done this ... thanks, Graham
