I find those powerline adapters to be sketchy at best, far slower than wifi
and rarely going at advertised speeds, however if it used to work, and now
it doesnt... hmmmm...

depending on your network setup can you connect it by ethernet to your hub,
or straight to your computer and verify it works then?
