Hi Andrew

Pair the phone to your Mac with Bluetooth, then use iSync to sync the address 
book, then sync the iPhone to your Mac using iTunes as normal.

If you can set the Nokia to write the contacts to the SIM you can put the SIM 
into the iPhone and go to settings > mail, contacts & calendars > scroll down 
to import contacts from SIM
