Howdy, I've got a friend who is frantic about losing some emails details below. I seem to remember a discussion about this a while back and someone having expert knowledge. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.
"I've just got my brother to delete all his emails of the (Co Name) server as his mailbox was full. Despite my assurances to the contrary he has lost all these emails i.e. they are evidently not in his Outlook/Outlook Express anymore. This is a big issue as they need to be kept for compliance reasons, do you know of any way we can get these deleted files back?"
