Hi there...

I have had a faultless service from Virgin Broadband for around two and a
half years now.  However, it has stopped working on Monday and is still not
working.  I have been in contact with all manner of Customer Service and
Technical Support people to try and get the issue resolved but all people
will commit themselves to is "wait another 48 hours - we're working on it."

Two questions:  Does anyone know of any good "buttons" that I can press to
get this sorted (i.e. ways to get it fixed ASAP), and can anyone suggest
another good Broadband provider that uses a BT line and would resolve such
issues much more swiftly and efficiently?
