I won't be updating my server because it doesn't meet the requirements, but my main laptop is due a bit of a tidy up, so I will be attempting to do a completely clean install, assuming of course the app store delivery model allows me to.
Im really intrigued to see how easily bootable it is, because one of my absolute favourite things about OSX and macs is the fact that you can start one computer from another's system disk, and use target mode to get your files from a near dead machine without any of the windows world of hardware compatibility. I truly hope that Lion is as flexible as every other flavour of OSX and doesn't try to be all DRM and proprietary about this stuff.
