Just finished installing it - as people have been saying, patience
pays off (and doing it at 6.30 in the morning).

One strange one though. I kept getting this error message - Apple ID
could not be created because of a server error

Then I went back and instead of putting in my birthday (i.e. 10th Jan
2011) I put in my date of birth (10th Jan 1976) and it worked.

Is that a co-incidence? when Apple asks for your birthday does it
actually mean your date of birth?
