O.K. I didn't read all the small print on the iCloud sign-up- Went out jogging
this morning with my iPod, having joined the Cloud a couple of days ago. Put my
old iPod on shuffle and play as usual, only to find that it stopped playing
music after a few songs because it couldn't get a wi-fi connection. In other
words it was trying to get my music from the iCloud, not its own memory? I
hadn't realised that it would erase the copy of a song on my iPod and try to
get it online in future. My iPod hasn't got G3. It isn't an iPhone so it just
stopped itself. Am I understanding this correctly? Can I set it differently to
avoid this happening?
