I have tried to "Restore" my iPod Touch a few times to solve an ongoing problem* However on clicking the Restore button on iTunes, all that happens is that it downloads another update of iOs thingummy (which was already installed on the iPod anyway) and doesn't do anything else. (* The problem is that the album art is no longer synchronised with the music and the iPod continually stops for no apparent reason after playing two or three tracks)
