Thanks Sam, but that was the point I was making....

With Airplane Mode on, and WiFi manually back on, the emails sit in
the outbox. Other messages come through to the inbox, and I can use
Safari, WhatsApp etc, but any outgoing mail, won't go beyond the
Outbox until I turn Airplane Mode off.

This is a new development as it always worked fine before!!

Is it iPhone, or router or.....!??!
