Hi Peter,
it looks as if you have created a 5GHz network, which will work for Airport on
Mac but not on Apple mobile devices, log into Superhub as admin and check
wireless settings, I am working in modem mode on mine so cannot remember the
details but suggest reset wireless to default settings on the hub. You will
not be able to control the Superhub from Airport, only by logging in as admin
on 192.1681.1. Normally works on default settings..

Robin

I have an iMac running 10.6.8 3.06Ghz Intel core Duo 4GB memory.
I recently changed from a wire based connection to the internet to Virgin Media
30Mb. I now cannot connect my iPad and iPod wirelessly.
The dialogue box asking to select a network shows on switching on each device,
but when asked for the password (which is on the back of the wireless router)
it will not connect.
On going to wireless preferences, the network name is displayed. Airport is
connected. Location is External. When I go to the assist me button, anew
dialogue appears with a new assist me button, when
I press this another dialogue appears inviting me to name my network. Which I
do.After naming and
going to the continue button another dialogue appears with choices on how i
connect to the Internet.
I choose Airport. Going to the continue button again is another dialogue asking
me to select what network I want to join. I select my Virgin media it then asks
for a password, I type in the wireless router
password and it tells me it is invalid.
What am I doing Wrong? Have I ticked a box I haven't seen or pressed a radio
button i shouldn't have,
Help! I seem to be going round in circles.
Peter
